I.WHO ARE WE?

EXIM BANCA ROMANEASCA is a romanian legal entity, with headquarters in Bucharest, 6A Barbu Delavrancea st., 1st District, registered with the Register of Credit Institutions under no. RB-PJR-40-015/18.02.1999 and in the Trade Register under no. J40/8799/1992, has the fiscal registration code RO 361560, the unique identifier at European level (EUID) ROONRC. J40/8799/1992 and subscribed and paid-up share capital of RON 803,675,412.

II. WHO ARE WE ADDRESSING TO?

Through the Cookies Policy (“Cookies Policy”), Exim Banca Romaneasca addresses all those who visit www.eximbank.ro, regardless of whether they are subscribers of an electronic communications service intended for the public or users of the service (“Visitors” or “You”).

III. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS

III.1. In the Cookies Policy there are a number of terms that we want to explain to Visitors in order to better understand this document and its purpose:

(iv) terminal equipment,

(v) cookies,

(vi) similar technologies to cookies.

Website – a group of pages presenting texts, images, animations created by an organization or individual for the purpose of presenting or capturing information. Every website has a domain (e.g. “.com”; “.org”; “.ro”; “.uk”, etc.), a name and owner. All publicly accessible websites form the world wide web (“www”). The Exim Banca Romaneasca website has the name “eximbank” and the domain “.ro” (www.eximbank.ro).

Server – a software program that provides services to other software programs. It can be called a server and the computer on which these types of programs run.

Browser – a software program that allows Visitors to display text, images and other information from a page published within a website. It also allows Visitors to communicate with the information provider. How do cookies work?

III.2. Within the Cookies Policy, transmissions to cookies and similar technologies cookies will be marked by the word “Cookies”. When we consider only technologies similar to cookies, we will expressly state this.

IV. PURPOSE OF COOKIES POLICY

The purpose of the Cookies Policy is to inform you, as Visitors, about all Cookies that will be placed on the Exim Banca Romaneasca website (“Exim Banca Romaneasca website”).

At present date, performance cookies are placed on the Exim Banca Romaneasca website by Google.

Exim Banca Romaneasca accesses the information collected through Performance Cookies, placed on the Exim Banca Romaneasca website by Google, whenever it wants, based on an account it holds in the Google Analytics application. This application is the property of Google and stores information about the pages visited, the duration of browsing the website, the way in which the website was accessed (for example, desktop or mobile), as well as the sections accessed within the pages of the Website (for example, products, news, careers, etc.).

Exim Banca Romaneasca uses the above-mentioned information, stored in the Google Analytics application, in order to track whether the Exim Banca Romaneasca website meets the Visitors’ requirements, to prioritize the improvement of the processes carried out, as well as to monitor the impact of online promotion campaigns such as Google AdWord (ads displayed on Google search).

Google Analytics does not provide Exim Banca Romaneasca with personal information, therefore, this information cannot be used by the bank to identify the Visitor.

VI. COOKIES PLACED ON EXIM BANCA ROMANEASCA WEBSITE

In the event that a Cookie is not placed by Exim Banca Romaneasca, but Exim Banca Romaneasca uses the information collected by a third party through this Cookie or the results of the analyzes performed by the third party on the information collected through this Cookie, we will indicate in Annex 1 what information we use, how and for what purpose.

VII. YOUR CONSENT TO PLACE COOKIES
